The Serpentine Gallery was hired out for a standing reception and book launch, with London Event Productions providing technical support for the event.

For the speeches, LEP put together a simple but elegant wireless PA system package, equipped with wireless microphones, with a custom white lectern and speech podium.

Some additional furniture was also provided for the room for the reception.
