London Event Productions were tasked with providing production for a corporate reception hosted at the Serpentine Gallery by the World Wide Web Foundation.
The event in the East Gallery involved a film screening, followed by a Q&A session and drinks reception.

For the film screening, the room was set up with appropriate furniture, as well as an 84” Plasma screen was set up on the custom white-finish stage.

For the following Q&A session, a PA system was also set up with wireless speakers in white covers and a radio microphone kit for the handheld mics, along with appropriate furniture for the key speakers.
